     Grand Champion Souza's Dixie Lee ROM PDTII OFA Ph OFA (el)

Dixie is out of Mikie ( Moleque X Woody) and Token ( Leroy x Smootch). Dixie is a Register of Merit Bitch ( ROM ), which means that she produced at least three direct offspring with BST's. The only others are Boyd's Moleque, and our female Laverne. Dixie was the first West Coast Grand Champion, as well as the first Bully Grand Champion bitch. Dixie has produced numerous Champions, Grand Champions, as well as numerous BST's and other working titles. Dixie was a great producer, and she was the beginning of Souza's American Bulldogs.  When Tammy and I divorced, she took Dixie, Ruby (her daughter), and Jazzmin (EB) to live with her. Dixie is retired, and enjoys just being a dog. I am very proud to have been part of Dixie's life, she was an awesome producer and will be missed.

On February 15, 2007, Dixie was put to sleep after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was two months short of her 12th birthday.

 Rest in Peace Dixie Mama, you will be missed.....
